EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Michael Pace is the Executive Director and Founder of the Social Good Fund. He has helped build organizations in their start-up phase and has worked on environmental justice, youth development, municipal programming, and urban health issues. Michael graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Philosophy.
Oliver Hack is Director of Fiscal Sponsorship at the Social Good Fund. He believes all people have a charitable instinct, an impulse to do good. Providing opportunities for people to bring their charitable ideas into the world has been a constant pursuit throughout his career and in his current work. He holds an MA in Nonprofit Administration from Golden Gate University.
ADVISOR
Ian McCuaig is an Advisor to Track & Share. His entire career has been involved with working for, leading, writing about, and building nonprofits. Initially serving on his first nonprofit Board at the age of 19, Ian served as president of two major 501(c)(3) professional associations, and was twice honored with the designation of “Ian McCuaig Day”. Most recently, Ian proposed and now chairs the Social Impact Forum at the Commonwealth Club of California. Ian is a graduate of UTS and the University of Toronto, and holds a Masters of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco.
TEAM SUPPORT
Nikki Keeley is a Project Support Specialist at the Social Good Fund. She is a service-oriented, versatile administrative manager with over 10 years' experience in program development and implementation. She holds an MA in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University.
